You'd think a Wendy's is a Wendy's. Not so. This location routinely messes up our orders. It's to the point that we expect it. Twice they have run out of frosties for the night early in the evening on weekends. I don't know if it's a supply chain issue or poor management anticipating people wanting ice cream on the weekends, but you've got to keep your top item in stock. Hit or miss with the staff. Mostly apathetic teens.

The food is always good, but I stopped there one night and asked for a baked potato with my meal. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I guess they had to ship the potato from Idaho. They need to know that everyone who comes there after hours isn't drunk or stupid.

I have had mixed service at this Wendy's, but overall I find it on par. The location is in Chicks Beach and was a welcome addition when it was built six years ago. It's not always my first choice due to inconsistent service and cold fries on more than one occasion. I have primarily used the drive thru since I don't live far. Today when coming in a little early for lunch there was no line. If you hit this Wendy's at the wrong time it can be a long line and a longer wait. The cashier who has assisted me before was there today and the transaction was smooth. The dining room had some dirty tables that were cleared, but not wiped down. Some debris small debris on the floor around those tables. Trash cans were not over flowing. My single combo with Yelp Frosty was out in minutes and all appeared good. I found the food to be hot and tasted great. They were slow enough a staff person began cleaning the dining room and caught the few tables I saw. Over all good experience and will be back.

Worst customer service ever. Attitude, can't count 6 nuggets and given us 4 and didn't get a receipt. If you don't like your job leave. Just that simple. Simple curtesy would of been great but nothing.

I ordered a large meal. There was two different people at the box talking and not even listening to my order. Didn't repeat the order back or give me my total. I pulled up and they messed up my drink order. When I pulled off I noticed they gave me a medium instead of a large. I did not go back to fix it because I was done with the bad service and I work in food business. Next time listen to the customer and get the order right and stop playing around in the store at 11pm. This store earns half a star.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday while waiting for the car to be inspected. The service was fast, the food was good. What really stood out was how friendly the staff was. Nice touch. I'd certainly visit again in the future if I'm nearby and hungry.
